comes the long awaited Gangstar - Miami Vindication is here and so is
its tutorial from me!
There's just this one con of the game that, it is laggy sometimes, and
the game is in widescreen, but don't worry that wont be a big problem.
Tutorial -
1) Root your Galaxy Y (or equivalent QVGA device). If you haven't then visit here HERE
For those who don't know whats rooting click here - HERE
2) Download and Install Chainfire3D (Wont work if the phones not Rooted)

3) Download Chainfire3D plugins

4) Unzip the Plug-ins.zip archive in the SD card
5) Open Chainfire3D and click on 'Install Plugin'
6) The app will search for the plugins in the phone and prompt about them on the screen
7) Install all the plugins namely - libGLEMU_NVIDIA, libGLEMU_POWERVR and libGLEMU_QUALCOMM
8) Download the APK and the DATA

9) Install the game and press 'Done'
10) Copy the DATA to gameloft/games/gangstar2
11) Open Chainfire3D and and open 'Default OpenGL Settings' and tick
'Reduce Texture Quality' and also tick 'Reduce Texture Size' and open
'Use Plugin' (Just Below the 'Reduce Texture Quality' tab) and select
'QUALCOMM'
12) Minimize Chainfire3D
13) Open the game
14) The game might crash and come to the Home Screen, just start it again
15) (Most Important Step) Enjoy the game............!

Tutorial -

This is data file which you need to put in the folder - sdcard/Android/data/
11) Open Chainfire 3D and and open 'Default OpenGL Settings' and tick
'Reduce Texture Quality' and open 'Use Plugin' (Just Below the 'Reduce
Texture Quality' tab) and select 'QUALCOMM'
12) Minimize Chainfire 3D
13) Open the game
14) The will freeze when you start the race, you will not see anything but you will hear race sounds.
15) Now press the lock button to lock the phone, then again press it to unlock.
16) Once you unlock the phone and the game will be in the pause menu.
17) Now just press the back arrow on the top left of the screen to resume the game.

Hi guys, this is my first video with my voice in it.
I got numerous requests on making the tutorial of
'Rooting Samsung Galaxy Y'
So, I finally made it for you guys!
The tutorial is way easy but can be troublesome if followed incorrectly.
I have explained the video with my voice in it, still I will also include a written tutorial in the description
Tutorial -
1) Download the update.zip file here - LINK
2) Now copy this update.zip file directly in your phone’s SD Card not in any folder.
3) Switch off your device and restart it into recovery mode using the following key combination
Volume UP + Home Button + Power Button
4) You will find your phone in recovery mode with blue coloured UI. You cannot use touchscreen while your phone is in recovery mode.
For making selections and movements, you have to make use of volume up/down keys and make the selection by pressing home key.
5) In the recovery mode menu, there is an option 'apply update from sdcard' Select it.
6) Choose the pasted update.zip and click on “yes”.
7) After the patching of that file, you will be back to the menu, and there it’s written “reboot system now”. Select it.
8) After the reboot, go to phone’s main menu and if you are able to find the “SuperUser” App on it, it will simply mean that you have rooted your phone!

Well, guys I will be posting an Education post on
Upgrading Samsung Galaxy Y to 2.3.6
When I got my device it was preloaded with
2.3.5 but the newer devices are now coming with 2.3.6
So to keep up with the technology, I decided to make this video.
This new version of Android will give you an
increase in performance and graphics.
Tutorial -
1) Backup all the data present in your phone so that just in case if the data gets lost or corrupted, you can restore the same. With the help of below mentioned tips you can easily restore the backup.
2) Enable the USB debugging from the path “Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging”. All tools like the Antivirus, Firewall tools as well as the PC Suite should be completely closed or else there is a high probability that these tools may interrupt the process of the rooting process. Minimum charge left in your phone should be minimum of 60% so as to ensure that the phone doesn’t get turned Off in the middle of firmware update process.
3) Last but not the least, you need to download the Enhanced Gingerbread 2.3.6 DXKJ3 Package in your computer as we will see in the next page on how to apply this update in your Samsung Galaxy Y S5360.
4) After this, once the files are extracted you will then need to match the extracted contents with the below screen capture. Even if single file is missing then you need to check with the extraction process or the download process. The Zip file is of Size (111 MB). As of now it doesn’t support MAC or Linux based systems.
5) From this extracted zip file, you need to open the Odin executable file in your computer as shown in the below screen capture.
6) Now, turn Off the phone so that you can then enter into the download mode. The download mode can be entered by pressing Volume Down Key + OK button + Power Button.
7) Once you enter into the download mode, you need to connect the phone to the computer while keeping the Odin opened. Once you connect the phone, the ID : COM section in the Odin will turn yellow which will mean that all the drivers have been successfully installed and files have to be selected.
8) In the Odin, by clicking on the respective tabs you need to select the files from the extracted Zip file.
9) After checking with the file selections, you need to click on “Start” after which the firmware application process will be started and once its finished, the device will be restarting which will mean that the firmware has updated successfully.
10) For changing the language, right after you start your phone go to Settings, there select 'Locale and Text' (It will be having a 'A' icon) and select the first option and there select the language as English.
11) To check whether he firmware has been successfully updated or not, you need to go to the path “Applications > Settings > About Phone” where you will find the firmware version mentioned as DXKJ3 2.3.6 Gingerbread version.
12) After this, turn off the phone to get into the recovery mode. The recovery mode can be entered by pressing Volume UP Key + OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button as we did for Rooting the phone.
